NEW YORK – Now open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night, Sascha in Manhattan's Meatpacking District offers a classic American experience through superb cuisine and unparalleled service. From beef stroganoff to blueberry pie, Sascha celebrates the transformation of early 20th Century European foods in the Untied States. Michel Richard, Roger Verge, Daniel Boulud, Keith McNally and Chef Sascha Lyon's grandmothers are some of the culinary masters who have instilled respect for food, taste and tradition. Chef Sascha Lyon has unveiled his 10,000 square foot, multi-level new restaurant which features three distinct dining areas. The venue was exquisitely conceived by Lyon to symbolize American glamour and elegance. Sascha joined forces with New York graphic designer Andy Jacobson and Architect/ Interior designer Glen Coben of Glen and Company to create a versatile establishment where the elite and influential rub shoulders with the hoi polloi. Originally constructed in 1887 as a factory for the New England Biscuit Company, the building was later converted to a meatpacking facility. A nightclub operated in the space just prior to housing Sascha and Sascha Bakery. Sascha will be a spot where each gathers to socialize over classic cocktails and dine on fine food enticing loyal customers through sensual textures, rich colors and a basic equation of quality and simplicity. To schedule a viewing tour or to interview Chef/ Owner Sascha Lyon, interested media please contact Workhouse Publicity, publicist Anna De Souza directly by telephone 212. 645. 8006 or via email anna@workhousepr.com.
