NEW YORK—This season, inspiration for Joynoëlle’s Spring 2007 Collection is drawn from the most unusual of places. Stimulated by nature, birds and flowers outside Joy’s window influenced many of her elaborate designs for Spring. Such an unconventional vision has been translated into a memorable demi-couture collection that captures a woman’s individual beauty. Ethereal floor sweeping gowns incorporate innovative draping in dynamic palettes of metallic copper, embroidered emerald satin and iridescent silver. Delicate crimson roses are cleverly embellished on spaghetti straps, while subtle ruching of the fabric effortlessly emphasizes the shape of the female silhouette.

Inspiration is also drawn circa the 1940’s and 50’s utilizing geometric prints in hints of sailor blue, cream and cherry. Luxurious fitted coats make a statement with ornate details including exaggerated button closures and pleated skirting in refreshing shades of lilac, lemon meringue, crimson and cobalt. Joynoëlle’s Spring 2007 Collection represents everyday glamour that any woman can interpret as her own while gracefully enchanting those around her.
